Big U Music.Sound Design Inc. DUPLICATION POLICY

Due to the amount of duplication and distribution that we accommodate
from so many clients, the only way to insure that your request is done
correctly and on time is to please ask that you read our policy on
duplication/distribution. This helps us help you provide the most
consistent service and accuracy for your clients needs.
- Orders will only be taken with this form filled out completely. We cannot
process orders via phone, email, post it note or an arbitrary form from the client.
You may attach your own order form to this, but the Big U form must be filled out also.
- All orders must be accompanied by a purchase order or billing information
if purchase orders are not used by your company.
- All orders will be fulfilled by the means stated on the form. Example:
If dubs are ordered for radio station pick up and the radio station calls
and requests them emailed or DGS, and that option has not been requested on
the form, we will respectfully deny to do so.
- To protect our client's interest, we will not release any duplication or
distribute any materials to a 3rd party or talent that may have contributed
to the program without express written consent from our client.
- Please understand that we have many clients with diverse needs, so if
an order is needed, please get it to us as soon as possible with as much
information as possible. That helps us help you and your clients faster without confusion.
